Division is simple: to provide multi-family contractors nationwide with economical

finest manufacturers in the world. And because of our long-term relationship with the
Lumberman’s Merchandising Corporation, an 11 billion dollar buying group, we can
offer these products at prices that are both competitive and fair.
MCS-CSD is staffed by a team of men and women with over 50 collective
years of hands-on experience in the construction of apartments, condominiums, and other
comparable projects.
Our MCS-CSD team is dedicated to one purpose - efficiency of the entire project process,
from beginning to end. From blueprint to material procurement; to jobsite delivery; to
billing procedures and paper management, our team has both the drive and the experience to
keep any project running like clockwork.
Through the use of proprietary software systems and proven methodologies, MCS-CSD provides
accurate material tracking and costs, which translates into real-time evaluation of the
project process. With the employment of this evaluation procedure, customers are alerted
to unexpected cost increments, or the realization of project savings. Built-in
adaptability allows for unique situations such as special purchase and/or variance orders
to be addressed quickly and easily.

for precise product placement.

over fifty years. Our materials are on-site. And the people in the Commercial Services
